Service Cancellation
Once you have enrolled in a program and the service has commenced, you may choose to cancel at any time. However, please note that the fees paid for the service are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Fees
All payments made towards our services are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the resources and scheduling commitments involved in providing our services.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled session within the constraints of our schedule.
Program Postponement
In the event that you are unable to commence a program after payment, you may request to enroll in a future batch of the same program. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
